PIANO PARENTS
If you’re looking for piano lessons for your child, I would love to chat with you!  With over 25 years of teaching experience, I specialize in providing personalized lessons that are engaging and enjoyable for students of all levels.  Whether your child is a beginner or looking to advance their skills, I’ll create a fun learning plan just for them!

LESSONS AT HOME
Lessons are offered conveniently in your home in San Jose, CA and neighboring areas.  

LESSONS ONLINE
In addition to in-home lessons, online lessons are offered both regularly and on an occasional basis to accommodate various situations and encourage the continuity of lessons, including in the event of illness or travel.

PIANO RECITAL
Our annual recital is an exciting opportunity for students to not only showcase their musical skills and progress, but to also build their confidence and stage presence.  It’s a fun afternoon of music, food, wine, and even professional photography!

INSTRUMENT
Students need a piano at home for both lessons and practice.  It can either be an acoustic piano or a digital piano with weighted keys.  If you’re looking to purchase one, I’ll be happy to provide guidance and referrals to local shops.

ALL-INCLUSIVE TUITION
My goal is to make learning the piano not only an enjoyable and rewarding experience, but also a convenient one.  With my all-inclusive tuition structure, you pay a simple annual flat fee and enjoy a comprehensive range of services and benefits throughout the Piano Year, September 1st through August 31st, including:

• a dedicated weekly lesson time reserved just for you
• personalized lesson plans and individual repertoire selection
• all books, music and materials you’ll need as you progress 
• access to subscription-based piano apps and resources
• an invitation to our formal recital and cocktail reception
• professional recital photos you can download, share and print
• 40 weekly private lessons offered, tailored to your interests and goals
• 2 free lessons included in tuition, offered in lieu of makeups  

TRIAL LESSON
To pave the way for a happy, successful, long-term journey with each student, I offer a trial lesson as an opportunity for the student (and parent) to preview my teaching style and approach, and for me to learn about the student’s interests, goals and learning style.  It’s a wonderful opportunity for us to meet, discuss expectations, and see if there’s a good fit, before we commit to lessons together.
